1. Information We Collect

• Personal Identity Information: Name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, profession, and profile picture.
• Technical & Device Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, Device ID, mobile network information, and login time and date.
• Location Data: Subject to your consent, geographical location obtained via GPS, Wi-Fi, or IP address.
• Password Security: Your password is kept highly secure using Bcrypt/Argon2 encryption technology. No admin, moderator, or third party can view your original password.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• To create, manage, and verify accounts.
• To resolve technical issues and ensure platform security.
• To prevent unwanted spam, fraud, hacking, and anti-social activities.
• To maintain prevailing laws of the country and public order.

3. Providing Information to Law Enforcement & Government Agencies (Strict Law Enforcement Cooperation)

We respect user privacy. However, our policy is extremely strict regarding national security, cybercrime prevention, and public interest:

• For the sake of investigating anti-state activities, attempts to disrupt public order, hurting religious sentiments, cyberbullying, sexual harassment, or any criminal offense, we are obligated to provide necessary information if legally requested by any law enforcement or intelligence agency of Bangladesh (e.g., Bangladesh Police, RAB, NSI, DGFI, CID, NTMC, or court order).
• The provided information may include: the user's registered phone number, email, IP address, Activity Log, Device ID, and location data.
• If any information is provided to a government agency under legal obligation, the responsibility will completely fall on the concerned criminal or user; the platform authority will not be liable for it.

4. Content Monitoring & User Responsibility

• The user is solely responsible for whatever they post, share, or message on the platform.
• Uploading any post, picture, or video that threatens state sovereignty or security is strictly prohibited.
• Automated filtering and manual moderation are active in our system. If any illegal content is detected, it will be immediately removed, and the associated ID will be permanently banned.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

• If a user deletes their account, it will be removed from our active database.
• However, for the purpose of law enforcement investigation or legal processes, certain system logs and server records (e.g., IP Log) may be retained for a specific period as per the law.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This policy may be amended at any time in case of emergency or in compliance with changes in government laws. If there is any major change in the policy, it will be notified via a notice on the site.
