Terms of Service

1. Eligibility to Use and Account Security

• To use this platform, you must be at least 13 years of age or older.
• The complete responsibility for the security of the account, password confidentiality, and all activities conducted from that account rests with the user.
• Opening an ID with fake information or running an account impersonating someone else is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

Performing any of the following activities on our platform is strictly prohibited:

• Making any post, picture, video, or comment that is anti-state, anti-sovereignty, or a threat to national security.
• Spreading any information that is criminal or disruptive to public order in the eyes of Bangladesh Police, RAB, NSI, DGFI, or other legal agencies.
• Hurting religious sentiments, cyberbullying, sexual harassment, pornography, or publishing anti-social elements.
• Spreading fake news, rumors, hacking, spamming, or engaging in any financial fraud.

3. Complete Limitation of Liability

• User Content: The sole and complete liability for whatever users post, publish, or exchange on the platform lies with that user. The platform owner, admin, or authority will in no way be responsible for any user's actions.
• Service Disruption: If a user suffers any loss due to server downtime, technical glitches, or data loss, the platform authority is not obliged to provide any compensation.

4. Cooperation with Legal Agencies and Authorities

• If any user violates state laws or engages in cybercrime, we will hand over the relevant user data (e.g., phone number, email, IP Address, activity log) upon a written or legal request from the law enforcement agency.
• Only the concerned criminal/user will be responsible for any legal action taken by a government agency or law enforcement force. No legal action can be taken against the platform authority in this regard.

5. Waiver of Litigation & Class Action

• By using the platform, you agree that you cannot file any civil or criminal lawsuit, claim for compensation, or send a legal notice against the platform authority.
• Any dispute or complaint regarding the platform will only be resolved based on discussion through our internal support team. The user voluntarily waives the right to seek recourse in court.

6. Account Termination & Content Removal

• At the sole discretion of the platform authority, they will have full rights to delete any post and permanently Ban or delete any account at any time without prior notice.
• The user cannot make any legal claim or claim for compensation against this.

7. Changes to Terms

The authority reserves the right to amend or change these terms at any time. The modified terms will be effective as soon as they are published on the site.
